Shipping

Shipping on the large packages and coats is done with FedEx ground and included insurance for the entire amount. Shipping in this way is pretty economical and usually arrives in 2 to 3 days. Shipping for the furkini and smaller purchases is done with USPS priority mail taking 2-3 days.

How to determine your size.

Please ensure that your measurements will fit into the size of the semi-custom coats. Length of jacket and length of sleeves are created exactly to your measurements.

There are no refunds on custom orders so please be careful measuring and figuring your size.

Small  - Approx. finished size unlined 47-48”

Medium - Approx. finished size unlined 51-52”

Large- Approx. finished size unlined 55-56”

Cleaning & Care Instructions

Your fur is easy to take care of as long as you remember one thing : NO HEAT!

Wash in cold water by hand or in the machine on gentle and then line dry or let it dry naturally. To return you fur to it’s original soft state, if necessary, use a soft bristle brush and comb the fur out. This should be all you need to do and your fur will last season after season!

NEVER put your fur in the dryer - Never!

Each of the designs are unique and hand made. Each one is a bit different than the next. This is a creative expression - not only for you to wear but for me to make for you! I am a faux fur clothing manufacturer of one - no factory, conveyor belt or robots are used to cut, craft or design your items. Each one is different and each one unique - Just like my clients!

Return Policy for Custom Furs:

Custom Furs are made in accordance with your specifications and all attempts are made to get it perfect and precise.

It is Wild’s policy to offer no refunds on custom orders. Exchanges can be made with existing stock but will not be replaced with a new custom order. If we have no existing stock items similar to the one you ordered you may exchange it for a gift certificate for that similar item when in stock or may choose from other fur items in stock up to the value of your coat less a $50 restocking fee.
